Resene is committed to helping identify, prevent and address modern slavery risks within our operations and supply chains.
This reporting channel is intended only for concerns relating to actual or suspected modern slavery, forced labour, debt bondage, human trafficking, child labour, exploitative labour practices, or related human rights concerns connected to Resene’s operations, suppliers or business relationships.
Reports submitted through this form will be reviewed confidentially by Resene’s Modern Slavery Working Group.
This service is not intended for:
- Customer complaints
- Product or service enquiries
- Employment grievances
- Payroll or HR issues
- Workplace disputes
- General misconduct unrelated to modern slavery

Some whistleblowers wish to remain anonymous. There are two forms of anonymity: remaining entirely anonymous, even to the whistleblowing call takers; or remaining anonymous to Resene, but providing your details to Incident Response Solutions so they can relay any messages back to you. To remain entirely anonymous, do not submit any information that may identify you (such as your name, job title or location), and use a personal device rather than a work device.
The form is managed by Incident Response Solutions and hosted in the Google Suite. It conforms to the New Zealand Protected Disclosures (Protection of Whistleblowers) Act and its definition of ‘Serious Wrongdoing’, and disclosures are only accessible to authorised Incident Response Solutions staff following login and two-factor authentication. Please clearly indicate the relevant company (e.g. Resene Paints Ltd) in the company field on the form so that it can go to the right team for review. If you accidentally include identifying information, please notify Incident Response Solutions by submitting another disclosure. If you require a follow up but have not provided your contact details, please contact Incident Response Solutions within 10 days.
